CLASSIC HORSE STALL

WW's premium stall line. More options, better aesthetics, built for the serious horse owner.

The Classic is WW's top-of-the-line horse stall — more features, more customization, and a finished look that the Champion can't match. If you're building a permanent facility and you care how it looks in ten years, this is the stall to spec.

The defining characteristic of the Classic is how the wood goes in: horizontally, in tongue-and-groove planks up to 12 feet long. Tongue-and-groove lumber locks together so horses can't kick individual boards loose, and the continuous horizontal lines it creates are simply better looking than vertical-fill alternatives. The stall is built to receive this lumber — board channels are sized and stabilized for it.

The steel frame itself is built to Classic panel standards: 2" 14-gauge tubing, the same construction WW uses throughout its livestock line. Fronts and dividers connect with self-contained drop pins — no tools, no fumbling in the aisle when you're reconfiguring stalls.

The rolling door runs on Celcon cannonball trolley wheels — a meaningfully better mechanism than the plastic roller systems most competitors use. It rolls quietly, doesn't require lubrication, and holds up over years of daily use. The door is positioned on one end of the front, with the full front panel giving you a clean, uninterrupted face on the aisle.

Standard features:

  • 48" rolling door on Celcon cannonball trolley wheels
  • Self-contained drop pins — tool-free assembly
  • Board channels designed for tongue-and-groove horizontal lumber
  • Feed door on front panel
  • Available in 10' and 12' lengths

Optional add-ons:

  • Swing-out feeder — load hay and grain from the aisle without entering the stall
  • Dutch door — top half of the stall front opens so your horse can look out; popular for horses that do better with the visibility and airflow
  • Vertical rail divider — open rail construction in the upper section for airflow between stalls, wood fill in the lower section
  • Solid divider — fully enclosed between stalls; used for stud stalls or wherever you need horses separated visually

Available sizes:

  • 10' stall components
  • 12' stall components

CHAMPION HORSE STALL

CHAMPION HORSE STALL

A clean, straightforward horse stall. WW quality without the complexity.

The Champion is WW's most accessible stall line — designed for the horse owner who wants a well-built, good-looking stall without spending time configuring options. All fronts are the same. Wood fill goes in vertically. You pick your size, order what you need, and you're done.

The vertical wood fill is the defining characteristic. Short pieces — up to 4 feet long — slide into the frame from any standard 2-by lumber: 2×4, 2×6, 2×8, 2×10, or 2×12. No tongue-and-groove required, no specialty lumber sourcing. Whatever's at your local lumber yard works. The shorter pieces are also more rigid than horizontal fill, so horses have a harder time working them loose.

The rolling door runs on WW's Celcon cannonball trolley wheels — the same quality hardware used on the Classic line and meaningfully better than the plastic roller systems most competitors use. It rolls quietly, doesn't require lubrication, and holds up over years of daily use without maintenance.

Every front includes a feed door. You can add a swing-out hay and grain feeder that bolts directly to the front, letting you feed from the aisle without opening the stall — no separate mounting hardware required.

Components connect with self-contained pins and corresponding clips — no tools, no loose hardware to keep track of.

Standard features:

  • Rolling door on Celcon cannonball trolley wheels
  • Self-contained pin and clip connections — tool-free assembly
  • Vertical wood fill channel — accepts 2×4 through 2×12 lumber
  • Feed door on all fronts
  • Available in powder coat or galvanized finish

Optional add-ons:

  • Swing-out hay and grain feeder — bolt-on, feeds from the aisle
  • Vertical rail divider — open rail upper section for airflow, wood fill lower section
  • Solid divider — fully enclosed between stalls; used for stud stalls or back walls

Available sizes:

  • 10' stall components
  • 12' stall components

EXPO STALLS

EXPO STALLS

Purpose-built for fairgrounds, equestrian centers, and exposition facilities. Two configurations, one proven system.

WW expo stalls have been the standard at fairgrounds and show facilities across the country for decades. If you've stalled horses at a major state fair or equestrian center, there's a good chance you've used one. Both models share the same configuration logic, interlock with the same WW arena panel system, and are designed for the same fundamental requirement: a stall that goes up fast, stores efficiently, and holds up through years of repeated use.

Two models are available — the Portable and the Wyoming — differing primarily in tubing diameter, visual profile, and fill options. Both serve the same use case. The choice comes down to budget and how the stalls will look in your facility.

PORTABLE EXPO STALL

The original WW expo stall. Been in more facilities than any other stall we make, and still the right answer when stall count and price-per-unit are the primary considerations.

Constructed from 1½" 14-gauge tubing meeting ASTM A-513 1008/1010 standards. Saddle-cut joints throughout for maximum frame strength. Frame height is 84" with a 48" interior rail height and 40" tie positions. Units interlock with self-contained permanently attached drop pins — no loose hardware to manage between events.

Options:

  • Size: 10' or 12'
  • Rails: Vertical (better looking) or horizontal (more economical — common for large facility bids)
  • Finish: Powder coat · Pre-galvanized · Hot-dip galvanized

WYOMING EXPO STALL

The Portable's bigger, better-looking counterpart. The Wyoming uses a larger diameter tube frame — a meaningful visual and structural upgrade that reads immediately when you see both side by side. Most Wyoming stalls are configured with poly fill, which pairs naturally with the heavier frame for a cleaner finished look. Swinging or rolling entry doors are available; swinging doors are popular in expo facilities specifically because they stack flat with no door overhang, keeping stored stalls uniform in depth.

Options:

  • Size: 10' or 12'
  • Rails: Vertical or horizontal
  • Door: Rolling or swinging

HORSE ROUND PENS

HORSE ROUND PENS

Built heavier than every equine-specific round pen on the market. The taper is the feature everyone talks about.

WW Round Pen Panels are made from the same 1.9" 16-gauge tubing as WW's Chaparral livestock panels — the same material competitors copy when they need something heavy enough for rough stock. That's not an accident. A horse that gets worked hard is a different animal than a horse standing in a pasture, and the panel needs to be built accordingly.

The defining design feature is the tapered bottom. The lower 23 inches of each panel angle inward toward the horse. When you're riding a young horse or starting a colt and they try to push you into the fence, their feet contact the panel before your knee does. It's a simple, functional design that anyone who's spent time breaking horses immediately understands — and it's the reason people who've used WW round pens keep ordering them.

Panels connect with self-contained interlocking pins — no loose hardware, fast to set up and take down. Available in 50' and 60' diameter configurations.

Two bottom options — sold roughly 50/50:

Sheet metal bottom — steel fill in the lower section. No lumber to source, weatherproof, clean look. Better for facilities that want minimal maintenance.

Ready to receive lumber — open frame in the lower section designed to accept customer-supplied lumber. Popular for private facilities and home use where the natural wood look is preferred. Customer supplies and installs their own boards.

Gate: Spring-loaded horse back gate latch with 9' overhead clearance for easy horseback entry and exit.

Sizes:

  • 50' diameter
  • 60' diameter
  • Lumber-ready versions available
