WW Manufacturing Privacy Policy

WW Manufacturing ("WW," "we," "us," or "our") is a livestock and rodeo equipment manufacturer headquartered in Thomas, Oklahoma. We operate this website and our Shopify-powered online store (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what rights you have with respect to it.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the Site, and from third parties.

a. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and account password when you create an account or contact us.
• Order information: billing address, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order. Note: full payment card data is processed by our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
• Communications: messages, inquiries, and feedback you send us via our contact form, email, or phone.
• Text messaging: if you opt in to SMS communications, your mobile number and consent records.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage data: pages visited, referring URLs, time spent on pages, clicks, and search queries within the Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage to support Site functionality, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. See Section 6 for more detail.

c. Information from Third Parties

• Shopify: our e-commerce platform provides us with order and customer data in connection with purchases made through the Site.
• Analytics providers: we use Google Analytics and similar tools that may provide aggregated or pseudonymous data about Site usage.
• Advertising platforms: if you interact with our ads on Google or Meta, those platforms may share limited data with us about ad performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfill orders, including shipping confirmation and delivery updates.
• To respond to your inquiries, warranty claims, and customer service requests.
• To send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, receipts).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and run our business, including Shopify (e-commerce platform), Stripe (payment processing), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), email marketing platforms, and customer service tools. These vendors are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us.

Dealers and Distributors. If you are referred to or purchase through an authorized WW dealer, we may share relevant order or contact information with that dealer to fulfill your order or provide support.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers. If WW Manufacturing is acquired, merged, or undergoes a similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent Site notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

5. Your Privacy Rights

• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We do use advertising platforms (Google, Meta) that may involve sharing data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of this through our cookie preferences or by using platform-level opt-out tools.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information and the right to opt out of automated decision-making. 6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

• Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
• Marketing contact records are retained until you opt out, after which we retain a suppression record to honor your preference.
• Customer service communications are retained for up to three (3) years.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data retention schedule.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

Essential cookies: required for the Site to function (e.g., shopping cart, login sessions). These cannot be disabled.

Email. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at info@wwmanufacturing.com. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to orders and your account.

Text Messages (SMS). If you have opted in to SMS communications, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Phone. If you prefer not to receive marketing calls, please let us know by contacting us at info@wwmanufacturing.com.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our Shopify-powered store uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Payment card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and is not stored on our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
